Each class is divided into warm-up stretches and exercise, basic simplified movements of Capoeira for younger children, series of attacks, move and counter moves, music with instruments and songs in Portuguese and jogo (game) which is a free style game of flowing attacks and escapes played between two Capoeiristas.
